Security posture
Every record belongs to an organization, access is enforced with row-level security and server-side role checks, and lifecycle actions write append-only audit events.
Shift Relay is not marketed as CJIS compliant and should not be used to store NCIC returns, criminal-history data, evidentiary records, or protected health information.

At the end of the 90-day pilot you decide whether to continue. Founding Agency participants keep the locked Starter rate of $149 per month for the first 12 paid months. If you do not continue, your workspace becomes read-only and we help you export your records.
No. The pilot does not require a card. When you decide to continue, you can subscribe by card at checkout or arrange an invoice or purchase order.
Yes. There is no long-term commitment during the pilot, and you can stop at any time.
A user is a person with an active login in your organization workspace. Deactivated accounts do not count toward your limit, and their historical records stay intact.
Starter is designed around a single site. Professional and Enterprise support multiple locations and teams inside one organization, with shifts, briefings, and handoffs scoped per location.
Setup and onboarding are included free for Founding Agency participants. Professional includes guided onboarding, and Enterprise includes priority onboarding.
No. AI briefs, handoff summaries, log cleanup, and Ask Shift Relay are Professional and Enterprise features. Every core shift workflow works without AI on every plan.
Yes. Shifts, briefings, logs, handoffs, and tasks can be exported. Starter includes basic exports; Professional and Enterprise include advanced export options.
Yes. Annual billing is approximately two months free: Starter is $1,490 per year (save $298) and Professional is $3,990 per year (save $798). Enterprise annual pricing is quoted.
Yes. We invoice against purchase orders and can work through your procurement process. Card payments are also available at checkout through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record.
No. Shift Relay is not marketed as CJIS compliant and should not be used to store NCIC returns, criminal-history data, evidentiary records, or protected health information. The platform is built with tenant isolation, role checks, and append-only audit history so future compliance work has a foundation.
Integrations are not part of the standard plans. Integration work is scoped separately and may carry its own pricing. No integration is represented as connected until it has been built and verified.
