Guardrails, stated plainly
Answers use only data the current user is authorized to access and cite the underlying records. The assistant states when there is not enough information rather than filling the gap, never invents names, incidents or statuses, treats uploaded documents as untrusted content, and never publishes, closes, assigns or deletes anything on its own.
Works without AI too
If no AI provider is configured, every core workflow still functions. Briefings, summaries and handoffs fall back to structured templates prefilled from your data.
